Professor Dr. Vahit Bıçak, PhD is the CEO and Founder of Just & Fair Mediation. He is an accredited and skilled mediator for about 8 years and a qualified attorney with 30 years of experience in handling both commercial and private disputes. Certified as an international and domestic mediator since 2013, he has mediated more than 200 disputes around the world and in Turkey, with disputes including complex cases with international organisations, multi-party disputes, and online mediation.

Fluent in English and Turkish, he subscribes to a facilitative approach to mediation to help clients find meaningful and sustainable solutions to their conflicts. Dr. Bicak’s mediation practice focuses on commercial disputes, and he has successfully resolved numerous insurance, medical negligence, corporate shareholding, consumer, and employment disputes.
