Regulations

The Mediation Code was put into effect in 2013. In addition to this primary legislation, the Regulation on the Code of Mediation in Legal Disputes was published on January 26, 2013 and served as the nation’s secondary legislation. The Mediation Code introduced voluntary mediation in civil disputes and regulated the enforceability of mediation settlement agreements.
